Welcome to my most popular playlists on Spotify! If you are a hopeless romantic then this playlist is for you! It is called "falling in love? nah falling behind." The name is inspired by one of my favorite artists right now, Laufey, in her song "Falling Behind" one of the lines goes "Everybody's falling in love and I'm falling behind". This is my favorite playlist I've ever made because of how versatile the songs are and how all the songs are basically made for hopeless romantics. The vibe I'm trying to convey with this playlist is being in love with someone/ having so much love to give but not having anyone to give it to. This is definitely a bittersweet playlist but it is one of my favorites. I spent a lot of time picking out songs that perfectly display how I feel. I didn't realize how many people actually felt the same way I did until I made this playlist public. 27 people may not seem like a lot but it is to me and I'm excited for more people to get to experience music the same way I do. I also love listening to new music so drop the link to your favorite playlist and I'll give it a listen. meanwhile, if you guys are open to listening to my playlist ill go ahead and leave the link here for you. Until next time

xx, chiar :)

At first, I wanted this blog post to be a morning routine post but then I realized that my morning routine heavily depends on my night routine. It sets the momentum for a usually great morning. I'm introducing to you my ideal Evening/Night Routine:

4 pm- work out (even if it's not a high-intensity workout, I still want to be active)

4:30 pm- make dinner (I always make sure to have at least some Mexican rice and beans on the stove for when my parents get home)

5 pm- do homework/ study (I usually work on homework for at least an hour and a half to two hours)

7 pm- free time (this is the time I take to just de-stress and work on some hobbies)

*8/8:30 pm- take meds ( before I start winding down I take my meds so that way they kick in right as I'm about to sleep)

9 pm- shower (after all is said and done I start winding down by showering)

9:30/10 pm- sleep (I take this time to wind down and go to sleep, most nights I'll read a chapter of my book to help me get tired)

I try to keep my routines nice and simple just in case I can't get to one of the steps and just want to go to sleep, so I don't feel like I wasn't productive. Feel free to try my routine out but keep in mind this routine doesn't have to work for everyone. Try different things out and find a night routine that works for you. Feel free to share your night/ evening routines, I'd love to hear them!!

Until next time,

xx, chiar

Hey everyone, I had to take a break from this blog for a bit because of a family emergency but I'm back and have a quick Q&A for you brought to you from my Instagram @https.chiar so see you next week and enjoy!!

xx, chiar

Q: What do you do to combat the feeling of being stuck or non-progression?

A: To combat that feeling of non-progression I like to take a step back and do things that make me feel better mentally like journaling and writing my thoughts out loud so I get a better idea of why I started feeling stuck.

Q: Who is your favorite band/ artist and why?

A: My favorite band right now is The Smashing Pumpkins because their lyrics and sound just scratch an itch in my brain in the best way.

Q*: Not a question but you should start a YouTube channel.

A: Tbh I've thought about starting a YouTube channel but I feel like blogging is more my speed, at least for now. but who knows? Maybe I'll feel confident enough to start a vlog channel later on. :)
